I love going to Tanya's Zumba classes. The routines are easy to follow and her full of energy and motivational attitude makes it fun and rewarding! A fantastic workout to great tunes, I've never had so much fun working out. I look forward to her classes every week! Weight loss and body toning is noticeable, and my work clothes have had to be taken in already !!
I love going to Tanya’s Zumba classes. You can really tell she loves what she does, and in return it ensures I enjoy the class so much more than others I have been tried. It's easy to follow, and with her great direction you’ll have a great workout even whilst having a giggle. Love it – thanks Tanya for being a fab instructor!
It’s official – I’ve become a Zumba addict! Tanya is so passionate about Zumba, that her enthusiasm naturally rubs off on you whilst in her class. It doesn’t matter if I am tired, or had a bad day, come 7:30pm, I know I will be smiling, feeling great about myself and working up a sweat like I have never done before. A fun filled, easy to follow all over work out! Tanya is a great Instructor whose energy and enthusiasm makes each class so much fun. I look forward to each work out and leave feeling refreshed and revitalised. I didn't know that working out could be so much fun and I've found I'm using muscles I didn't even know I had! If you’ve not been to a “TLC Workouts” Zumba class yet, then come on and try it out, I promise you’ll never look back or need to go anywhere else!
A very enjoyable workout, with a great teacher who gets you motivated to push yourself, do more and understand your body. Tanya’s classes are extremely friendly, where people come together to forefill their own fitness goals at a range of different levels. No other place to be on a Tuesday or Thursday evening!
Tanya's zumba classes are fantastic and her enthusiasm is contagious - I have so much fun I forget that I'm actually doing serious exercise! Tanya has a great knowledge of how the body works and develops routines that really make us work, no matter what your level of fitness is. If, like I did, you don't think you're co-ordinated enough it just doesn't matter - you can't help but keep moving and smiling!
